This role will be required to work a hybrid in-office schedule out of our Columbus, OH location (3 days per week).
This is an H4 band role.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Do you want to create key business improvements through technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI)? In this role you will be at the intersection of business needs and technological solutions, bridging the gap between strategic business goals and AI capabilities. As a Senior Consultant, AI Enablement, you’ll lead the strategic integration of AI technologies within your respective business. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between AI capabilities and business needs, while ensuring that teams are empowered with the latest tools/resources, knowledge, and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency through AI.
TYPICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI or digital transformation roles, with a background in technology, product development, or innovation. Experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management/owner principles.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning (ML), NLP, generative AI, and ML concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of change management and technology adoption techniques. Experience with cloud platforms and AI tools. Ability to influence without direct authority.
