This role provides technical support to project delivery teams, manages post-sales engineering, and resolves technical issues during execution to ensure timely project completion. The position emphasizes compliance with industry standards, drives innovation, and collaborates across functions to deliver high-quality solutions for complex industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Oversee design, development, and implementation of electrical and instrumentation systems at project sites. Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for electrical and instrumentation panels at vendor locations. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications. Analyze tender inputs, specifications, and customer requirements. Prepare technical assessments, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensure compliance with country-specific codes. Design MV/LV switchgear panels, VFD & starter panels, HVAC-chiller panels, HT/LT cables, earthing systems, and electrical layouts using AutoCAD. Demonstrate expertise in PLC/DCS systems, instrumentation selection, and electrical design of starter panels (FCMA, DOL, Star-Delta, and VFD) and MV/HV Motors. Submit technical data sheets (TDS) and coordinate with customers, vendors, and procurement teams. Lead project kick-off and review meetings to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Implement quality processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives thru standardization. Maintain strong knowledge of industrial standards (IEC, IEEE, ISA). Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Manager, mechanical, process, and CPM (Chiller Plant Manager) teams for integrated solutions. Coordinate with vendors and clients for technical clarifications, Drawings reviews, and customer approvals. Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and adoption of new technologies. Implement best practices for reliability, maintainability, and cost efficiency through standardized processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 9+ years of experience in HVAC, Chillers & Refrigeration, Cooling towers & AHU with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
