In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring users can effectively leverage our partner's advanced analytics and performance intelligence platform. Your expertise in elite sports and technical support will impact the experiences of numerous teams across different sports globally. You will help drive the onboarding process for new customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to foster successful outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with practitioners in diverse sports environments while working remotely. \n Accountabilities Provide day-to-day support and resolve customer challenges via e-mail, phone calls, and in-platform tools. Collaborate with sales team members to ensure client objectives are understood and executed effectively. Develop and disseminate resources to coaches and practitioners through meetings, reports, and presentations. Contribute proactively to customer success by collaborating with team members and key stakeholders. Improve customer experience by enhancing their efficiency and workflows. Work closely with Performance Strategists across functions like sales, product management, and data science. Think critically and creatively to prioritize issues and support the team and customers effectively. Provide on-call and scheduled weekend support via in-platform tools. Maintain system documentation using Salesforce and Jira. Implement established processes and best practices in technical support. Requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace tools. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Proven ability to travel semi-regularly. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in elite sports, sports technology, or customer support. Benefits Competitive salary.
