We’re looking for a creative individual to take full responsibility for developing and executing visual content across a broad range of brand-building and company-wide communication initiatives, covering two global fashion brands and projects across 40+ markets.Content & Graphic Design Specialist (f/m/d)Location: ViennaEmployment Type: Full Time Responsibilities Take full ownership of graphic design and content creation across two fashion brands and broader company initiatives. Design and adapt digital and print assets, including campaign visuals, social ads, newsletters, shop content, B2B website assets, and more. Develop creative concepts and content series in collaboration with the marketing team, while adhering to existing brand guidelines. Create engaging visual content for various digital channels and formats, including video editing. Write short form text, including social media captions, campaign taglines, and other visual text elements. Ensure brand consistency, clear messaging, and local relevance by aligning with stakeholders from Marketing, Employer Branding, B2B, and local market teams. Support the local adaptation of international campaigns and ensure high-quality rollouts across all markets. Coordinate with external partners (e.g., translators, freelance designers, production teams) when additional support is needed. Maintain and organize the regional visual asset library to ensure efficiency and accessibility. Your Profile Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field. Proven experience in content creation and design for both brand marketing and broader company-facing initiatives (e.g., B2B, employer branding, digital campaigns). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); basic video editing skills required. Creative thinker with a strong sense of design, storytelling, and visual trends. Structured, hands-on, and proactive working style with a high standard of quality. Strong writing skills for short-form content, with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice.
