Recently celebrated 50 years under the theme “Nearness”, we continue to build on what defines us: close collaboration, strong relationships, and a shared ambition to grow — together.  We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to own and develop our B2B business for JACK & JONES in the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales performance, and supporting customers through data-led and commercial execution. This role is suited for a mid–senior fashion professional with strong  fashion experience, solid analytical skills, and a hands-on approach.  - Key Account Manager – Fashion  (F/ M// D)  Responsibilities:  Manage and develop wholesale customer accounts across the MENA region. Drive sales and growth for JACK & JONES through strong customer relationships. Present collections to customers and lead seasonal order processes. Support customers with buying decisions using sales data, analysis, and market insight. Stay in regular contact with customers through meetings, calls, email, and digital tools. Manage orders from entry to follow-up and ensure smooth execution with internal teams. Review sales performance with customers and agree on actions to improve results. Identify new wholesale business opportunities in line with brand strategy. Support distribution development and brand visibility in the market Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Report regularly to the Country Sales Manager Qualifications:  Experience in B2B fashion, such as Key Account Management, Buying, or Sales. Strong commercial and analytical skills; comfortable working with numbers and sales data. Good understanding of the fashion industry and wholesale business in MENA Region Digital proficiency and keen understanding of online sales trends. Hands-on mindset with the ability to own accounts and follow through on actions. Strong communication skills and confidence working with different customer profiles. Structured, reliable, and able to work independently. Willing to travel within the MENA region.
