Three (3) years of customer service experience preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of basic medical terminology required. Intermediate proficiency with computers (MS Office Suite preferred). Basic keyboard and telephone etiquette skills. General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.
