The Appointment Manager/Coordinator is responsible for Answering a high volume of calls with the goal of scheduling appointments for our clients to meet with our Service representatives. while following our shop capacity to create an award winning experience for our clients. This Person will require someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively (written and vocally), and can maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

APPOINTMENT MANAGER/COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
  • Computer/technology skills
  • Quick learner
  • Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Automotive industry experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and text messages timely and effectively
  • Schedule appointments for customers following our Shop capacity
  • Maintain a high level of customer service (polite) and professionalism written, vocally, and electronically to customers, employees, and vendors
  • Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
  • Manage and track all leads
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
  • Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
