Dealership: L0183 BMW of Monterey BMW of Monterey Now Hiring: Appointment Scheduler, Bilingual in Spanish (required)! We are a busy luxury automotive service department seeking an outgoing and customer focused, call center representative! This is a fast paced position, primarily answering telephones and scheduling service appointments. Our Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30-5:30, Saturday from 8:00-4:30 and closed on Sundays. Pay: $21-25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Sun/Mon off) Responsibilities: Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention. Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers. Qualifications: Dealership knowledge, preferred Great Customer Service Skills Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner. Ability to manage one’s own time effectively. Ability to type efficiently. Basic & phone computer skills.
