THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident and friendly Appointment Scheduler to join our team in Sydney on a part time basis. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to potential clients to introduce our services, build connections, and help grow our customer base. You’ll be the first point of contact—representing our values, professionalism, and high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our cleaning services
• Engage decision-makers in a friendly, professional and confident manner
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate contact records
• Work towards set call and lead-generation targets
• Collaborate with the team to refine call scripts and approaches
