Use provided scripts as a guide while tailoring each conversation to customer needs. Support customers with service reminders, maintenance updates, and tailored solutions. Build genuine connections while delivering a positive customer experience. Document interactions with accuracy and efficiency. Jump in with flexibility to support additional projects as needed.
