HOURS: FULL-TIME
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, organised, and happy to pick up the phone to join our small but busy team at Thebestofnorthwest.
This role is a blend of appointment setting and PA support. You’ll be helping us stay in touch with the brilliant businesses we work with, getting meetings booked in, and supporting our Managing Director with admin behind the scenes.

Your main responsibility will be setting appointments – whether that’s sales meetings with potential new members or catch-up meetings with our current ones. You’ll be reaching out by phone, email or sometimes WhatsApp, so it’s important that you’re confident talking to people and have a friendly, professional approach.
You’ll also support the Managing Director, Faz with general admin tasks – things like managing diaries, sending follow-up emails, and keeping things organised.
