JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated and experienced sales and appointment setting staff to join our new digital marketing company.
This is a commission based only role however we do offer 25% commission.
If you are motivated to make money and are used to making over 100 outbound calls a day then we would love to talk to you, please be aware there is a lot of cold calling involved.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely communication and engagement.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointment generation while maintaining high-quality interactions with prospects.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to assist in refining our approach.
