POSITION SUMMARY The Phone Sales Representative (Appointment Setter) is responsible for driving revenue for Sunbelt Home Solutions by scheduling qualified in-home consultations for our remodeling specialists. In this role, you will connect with homeowners through outbound and inbound calls and set appointments for products such as hurricane-rated windows, doors, and our exclusive exterior coating systems. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • Creating a positive first impression for homeowners interested in improving their homes • Setting high-quality in-home consultations for our remodeling specialists • Consistently meeting or exceeding daily call and appointment goals • Delivering a confident, professional, and engaging phone experience • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system OBJECTIVES • Make outbound calls to connect with homeowners and schedule in-home appointments • Handle inbound leads and convert them into scheduled consultations • Accurately enter customer information and notes into the CRM • Confirm, reschedule, and manage the daily appointment calendar • Meet or exceed daily call volume and appointment-setting goals • Support the sales team by ensuring appointments are properly qualified COMPETENCIES • Strong communication and phone presence • Competitive and goal-oriented mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to quickly learn CRM systems and internal processes • Positive attitude and strong team collaboration EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • GED or High School Diploma preferred • Outbound call center or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred • Sales or customer service experience is a plus • We will train the right candidate with the right personality and work ethic PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk while making calls • Ability to work in an in-office call center environment • Ability to use computer systems and CRM software throughout the day COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions • Commission on Sales • Top performers earning $2,000+ per week • Daily and weekly spiffs and performance bonuses • Weekly pay • Full benefits package including Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, and 401k • Fun, high-energy office environment with a winning team culture SCHEDULE Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday Afternoon/Evening shift **** This is NOT a Remote Role Location: Saint Petersburg, FL
