JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team of 8 sales and marketing professionals.
Our company is the leader in a niche field of business training and our clients are business owners and entrepreneurs.
In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients (please note - this is not cold calling - this is contacting people who have already made contact with us - ‘warm’ calling) and assessing interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team with those who fit the criteria. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be crucial to your succession this role.
This position requires a proactive approach to B2B sales and telemarketing, with a focus on utilising CRM software to manage leads and track progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English - you need to be comfortable speaking to business owners
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and client information
  • A positive attitude and resilience in overcoming objections during calls
    Join us as an Appointment Setter and play a key role in expanding our client base while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
    In addition to your basic salary, you will receive commission based on successful outcomes. There is the potential to join our sales team after six months if you have the desire and can meet targets.

    Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
