In this role, you will engage decision makers at companies that are recruiting, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for our recruitment team. You will play a key part in driving business growth through consistent outreach, professional follow up, and high-quality appointment setting. This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results and enjoys building relationships with businesses. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound and follow up calls with companies that are recruiting, including warm inbound leads. • Identify and engage hiring decision makers, introduce our recruitment services and qualify interest based on set criteria. • Schedule discovery calls and consultations for recruiters or the sales team and ensure all details are accurate. • Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records. • Confirm meetings, reduce no shows, and support smooth handover to the recruiter or sales team. • Handle objections professionally and keep conversations focused and value driven. • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and areas for improvement. • Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar phone-based client facing role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges. • Strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, or willingness to learn quickly. • Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve measurable results. • Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback in a high-performance environment. • A high school diploma or equivalent, further education or training in sales, marketing, or communications is a plus. • Fully remote or flexible work arrangements. • Flexible hours to accommodate various time zones when needed. • Performance based bonuses to reward results. • Training and professional development opportunities. • Supportive team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and growth. • Regular virtual team building and career advancement opportunities.
