We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to schedule high-value meetings with prospective clients for our cybersecurity services. This role is perfect for a go-getter who thrives on challenges, doesn’t take “no” for an answer, and is passionate about opening doors for our sales team to showcase our industry-leading solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for helping businesses stay secure in a digital world.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mindset: A self-starter with a “never give up” attitude, unafraid to push past objections and rejections.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
  • Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales (preferably in B2B or tech-related fields) is a plus but not required.
  • Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus.
  • Passion for Cybersecurity: Basic understanding of or eagerness to learn about cybersecurity services to effectively communicate their value.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect Outreach: Identify and contact potential clients (businesses, IT managers, C-level executives) via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest in our cybersecurity services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Secure qualified appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our offerings and by identifying decision-makers.
  • CRM Management: Log all activities, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Persistence & Follow-Up: Consistent follow up with prospects to convert initial interest into confirmed appointments. Meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.
