MDW is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter for our Medspa to join our vibrant team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience by efficiently managing and scheduling appointments for a wide range of our medical aesthetic services. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services offered by the Medspa. Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently while maximizing the calendar availability of medical professionals. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and ensure scheduling accuracy. Maintain records of client interactions and ensure data is up to date in our management systems. Provide information on services, pricing, and promotional offers to potential clients. Assist clients in resolving any scheduling conflicts or service-related questions. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events that could attract new clients. Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role, preferably within the medical or wellness industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate scheduling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM systems; familiarity with Medspa services is a plus. A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and promoting wellness. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus. What We Offer Company: MDW Aesthetics Location: Remote (LATAM) Compensation: $1,200/month base + performance bonuses On-Target Earnings: $1,400–$2,400/month with overtime opportunities Schedule: Full-Time, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (may shift slightly, e.g., 10 AM – 7 PM EST)
