Green Energy Windows is looking for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a key part in helping potential customers learn about our energy-efficient window solutions and scheduling appointments for our sales experts. Your Role Will Involve: Proactively reaching out to leads and engaging them in conversation about our products. Educating customers on the benefits of energy-efficient windows and how they can save on energy bills. Scheduling appointments for our skilled sales team to meet with interested clients. Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups in our system. Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment. Contribute to a greener future while working in a supportive and fun atmosphere! What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging approach. A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others. Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A valid driver’s license is required for potential client meetings.
