Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with leads to schedule appointments. Qualify prospects based on client criteria and gather essential information before handover. Maintain accurate lead and appointment records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions. Provide excellent customer service during initial contact and follow-ups. 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required). Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Confidence when speaking with potential clients over the phone or through email. Comfortable working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) or willing to learn. Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and consistency in hitting performance goals. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or telesales is a plus.
