We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter with basic SEO or digital marketing knowledge and 4+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who can engage prospects, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team while gaining exposure to advanced digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing services (e.g. Google Ads, SEO, paid social, CRO). Proactively generate leads through outbound prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales lifecycle. Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM, tracking activity, forecasts, and performance. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and new business targets. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platforms, and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively. Appointment Setter: Reachout to prospective clients via phone calls, emails & LinkedIn. Make outbound calls and emails to prospective clients for SEO and digital marketing services Explain SearchMax’s services clearly and confidently to prospects Set qualified appointments for the sales team to close business opportunities Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track follow-ups Work with international clients and adapt communication to their needs
