JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a driven, motivated, and dedicated Inside Sales Professional. The primary responsibility will be scheduling appointments with prospective sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction through follow-up calls. While industry experience is not required, as full training will be provided, a high level of integrity is essential.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Inside Sales Representative, reporting to the Sales Manager, is responsible for professionally and promptly responding to client inquiries and scheduling appointments with prospective sales leads.

DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule appointments with prospective sales leads.
  • Inside sales representatives will handle both incoming and outgoing leads.
  • Responsible for collecting payments and other entry-level accounts receivable duties as needed.
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and track client call logs.
  • Help generate sales leads.
  • Clearly communicate company services and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Make cold sales calls.
  • Complete additional administration tasks as assigned.
