ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and professional Appointment Setter Intern to join our onsite team. This internship is designed for someone eager to build a career in client coordination, sales support, or financial services, with the possibility of a full-time position based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients across Canada.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our mortgage specialists.
  • Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and bookings.
