Position: Appointment Setter Firm: Miller Retirement Group Location: Lawrence, KS   Overview:   Miller Retirement Group, with a location in Lawrence, KS is a growing financial services firm that specializes in helping individuals nearing or in retirement protect and grow their wealth. Our advisors focus on retirement income planning, tax strategies, wealth management, and legacy planning.   We generate a high volume of qualified leads through television marketing, educational events, and digital campaigns. We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to connect with these prospects and schedule meetings with our financial advisors.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is driven by performance, and wants to build a career in financial services.   What you’ll do: * Outstanding phone skills and a confident, friendly manner speaking with clients * Outbound calling and appointment setting throughout the day * Contact prospective clients from marketing campaigns and lead database * Follow up with TV, seminar, and digital leads in a timely manner * Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with financial advisors * Confirm upcoming appointments to maximize show rates * Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and appointments in our CRM (Redtail) * Build rapport with prospects and clearly explain the value of meeting with our advisors * Work closely with advisors and the marketing team to ensure smooth appointment flow * Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets     What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma * Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients * Comfortable making outbound calls * Possesses a positive attitude and willingness to learn * Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Excellent communication; written and verbal   Bonus Points: * CRM (Redtail) experience * Experience in sales, appointment setting, call centers, or customer service    What You’ll Get:   Pay & Perks: * $35k - $60k/year based on experience + performance bonuses * Health, dental and vision insurance * PTO * Retirement plan with 3% match   Schedule: * Hybrid: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm * Occasional evenings or Saturday’s required for client events and seminars     Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions   Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
