You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for our Licensed Senior Agents. This is an entry-level, unlicensed position with a clear path to becoming a licensed agent if you choose. Compensation & Benefits Pay Structure: 1099 Contract – Uncapped Commission. Flat Fee: Earn $100 for every lead you qualify that results in a closed policy. On-Target Earnings (OTE): Expected earnings of $600 – $1,200+ per week based on performance. Flexibility: 100% Remote; set your own schedule within core calling hours. Career Growth: We provide a "Fast Track" mentorship program for top performers looking to obtain their State Life Insurance License. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) High-Volume Outreach: Execute 80–120 outbound calls per day to warm leads and inquiries (No "blind" cold calling). Qualify Prospects: Use our proven script to identify client needs, health status, and interest level. Schedule Appointments: Successfully transition "hot" leads to our Licensed Closers’ calendars via our CRM. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions to ensure a seamless hand-off for the closing agent. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Persistence: You handle rejection with a smile and stay motivated to hit your daily dial targets. Communication: You have a clear, professional speaking voice and can build rapport in under 30 seconds. Tech Literacy: Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and VOIP dialers is a major plus. Integrity: You must strictly follow compliance scripts and guidelines (unlicensed setters may not quote prices or offer specific insurance advice).
