We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Appointment Setter to help streamline our customer engagement process, ensuring that potential clients connect with our exceptional sales team. Role Overview: As an Appointment Setter, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts. You will be receiving warm transfers from to go over solar solutions, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy engaging with people. Key Responsibilities: Take warm leads from potential customers to discuss solar energy options. Qualify leads based on established criteria and gather relevant customer details. Arrange appointments for the sales team, ensuring their time is used efficiently. Update and maintain records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Follow up on marketing-generated leads to increase appointment opportunities. Communicate the benefits of our solar products and services to potential customers. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads. Analyze lead data to provide insights on outreach effectiveness and areas for improvement. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor. Experience with CRM systems and lead management is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently. Resilience and ability to handle objections during calls. Interest in renewable energy and a desire to help educate customers. Work From Home Training & Development Base Pay Plus Commission Optional Overtime Base Pay is $11 per hour plus commission Must be able to work M-F 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST with optional overtime on the weekends.
