Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Scheduling: Qualify leads and book with Property Investment Advisors, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system
• Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, and cancellations
• KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments; and
• Team Work: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve department goals
