As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers, answering their questions, and scheduling appointments that help bring solar power to more homes. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to prospective clients in a warm, engaging manner to introduce Momentum Solar’s offerings. Schedule appointments for our sales team, coordinating times that work best for the customer. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help meet company goals. Become part of a fun, supportive team dedicated to making a difference in the renewable energy industry! What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude. Ability to engage potential customers and build rapport quickly. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred. Strong organizational skills to track appointments and manage follow-ups. A valid driver’s license is required.
