At Momentum Solar, we are on the hunt for motivated Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers through various communication channels to inform them about our solar solutions. Schedule appointments with clients for our sales representatives to further discuss their solar needs. Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed. Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-up tasks within our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly lead generation goals. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients. A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service. Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's license may be required for potential client visits.
