Description
As an Appointment Setter (Phone-Focused / Hybrid Setter), you’ll be responsible for generating and booking qualified sales calls by proactively engaging warm leads from our email database and existing pipeline. This is a high-output, phone-first role focused on converting existing demand into revenue. Inside Sophie Society, you will have access to: A proven offer with strong market demand and conversion history A warm lead pool (email list, engaged prospects, past opportunities) Established scripts, frameworks, and objection handling systems A high-performance sales environment with clear targets and support Responsibilities: Execute high-volume outbound calls daily to warm leads, email lists, and aged pipeline opportunities Re-engage prospects who previously showed interest but didn’t book or convert Book 100–120 qualified calls per month Drive 15+ qualified closed sets per month Qualify leads effectively and ensure smooth handoff to closers with detailed notes Track all activity in CRM (calls, conversations, bookings, outcomes) Maintain pipeline hygiene and follow up consistently with prospects Follow and improve call scripts, objection handling, and messaging Adapt outreach based on lead source, behavior, and intent level Hit daily/weekly activity and performance targets Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and coaching sessions Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and conversion blockers Qualification Criteria: 1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, cold calling, or appointment setting Strong phone experience is required Minimum 1+ year of Amazon experience is required Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills Confident in handling objections and controlling conversations Highly organized with strong CRM discipline Comfortable with high call volume and repetition Self-starter with strong work ethic and consistency Able to work US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST) Available full-time and responsive during working hours BONUS: Experience reactivating email lists or warm audiences What You Can Expect From Us: Fully remote work environment High-performance, metrics-driven culture Ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development Clear growth path to Senior Setter, Closer, or Leadership roles Compensation structure tied directly to performance: $2,000/month base $250 per qualified closed set $250 per $10K in MRR (uncapped) How Our Hiring Process Works: Shortlisted candidates receive an interview invitation Initial interview with Sales team Final interview with leadership About Us: sophiesociety.com Sophie Society is a rapidly growing, internationally recognized Amazon PPC Management agency with a fully remote global team.
