This is a remote position. Job Description: You’ll be the front line of growth for a cutting-edge fleet management technology company, where your outreach efforts directly connect game-changing solutions with Australian businesses that need them most. This role puts you at the center of a rapidly growing telematics market, where you’ll develop expertise in B2B technology sales while building relationships with fleet managers, operations managers, and transport managers across multiple industries. You’ll own the entire lead generation process from research to appointment setting, with the autonomy to develop strategies that work best for reaching decision-makers in the Australian market. Responsibilities: Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to Australian businesses with vehicle fleets across transport, logistics, construction, and mining industries Research and build qualified prospect lists using online directories and industry databases Generate high-quality leads through strategic outreach to middle management decision-makers Set confirmed appointments with fleet managers, operations managers, and transport managers Develop and execute email follow-up sequences for prospects not reached by phone Maintain detailed CRM records of all prospect interactions and outcomes Clean and optimize raw customer data to maximize calling efficiency Adapt outreach messaging based on industry-specific fleet management needs Track and report on lead generation metrics and appointment conversion rates Requirements: Minimum 3 years cold calling, telesales or appointment setting experience preferably in an Australian business market Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional accent Proven experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation Background in technology sales or appointment setting (SaaS, software, or tech services preferred) Experience working with business customers rather than consumer markets Strong research skills for prospect identification and list building Familiarity with CRM systems and phone dialing software Bonus if you have experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation industries It helps if you’ve worked with Australian businesses or understand Australian business culture Bonus if you have experience with telematics, GPS tracking, or vehicle management solutions Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring ZR_28864_JOB
