RSS Inc. is hiring for Appointment Clerk for their leading logistics client in Mississauga, ON. This job required strong Customer Service, Telephone Skills, Communication, Administrative, Coordination, Computer, Data Entry, Billing and attention to detail skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong customer service, data entry and computer skills
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience with data entry, preferably in transportation industry
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in teams
  • Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A clear criminal check
