Job Description The candidate will play a key role in handling incidents, service requests, and application support activities, working in shifts and participating in on‑call rotations. This role also involves contributing to service improvement initiatives and supporting the Disaster Recovery (DR) and live production activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core banking operations, solid troubleshooting capabilities, and previous experience providing L1/L2 application support in a banking environment. Technical expertise in Linux, PL/SQL, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible is required. Key Responsibilities Provide production application support for WM IT Data platform applications and tools Deliver high‑quality service by prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues raised by business teams Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify and diagnose potential issues Ensure effective service monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of service quality and availability Actively contribute to Continuous Service Improvement initiatives, ensuring recurring issues and repetitive tasks are addressed through problem management or automation Qualifications Unix and Shell Scripting Data Warehouse, Data Platforms, Database, Oracle, PL-SQL & SQL Autosys and Middleware like MQ, Tomcat Cloud computing, Dynatrace, K8, Docker and Ansible Reporting tools like PowerBI/Tableau ITIL Practices English – Good level B2+
