Description Provides clerical assistance to the loan operations department Requirements Order appraisals, per request of loan clerks, processors and/or mortgage underwriters. Selects appraiser from rotation list in respective county. Order flood zone checks. Order EDR checks. Reviews and approves appraisals. Maintains and updates appraisal log. Reconciles appraisal account on a monthly basis. Pay appraisal invoices. Performs the census check to verify mapping on a monthly basis. Updated 050523 EOE

Responsibilities
