Because we know what can go wrong, we can help clients manage risk and avoid losses associated with their property, including liability and reputational risk, and because we understand replacement and repair costs, we can prepare Reserve Fund Studies and Depreciation Reports to assist clients in planning for the future. Simply put, we provide Appraisal, Valuation, Risk Management and Asset Advisory Services on a global basis, which help clients to determine assets’ replacement cost, mitigate loss, and track everything and its value over time.

Responsibilities:
You will apply accurate valuation skills and knowledge to determine the replacement cost values of buildings, furnishings, machinery and/or equipment. You will get experience across many sectors such as commercial, municipalities, education, health care industry and heavy industrial. Some days, you will be on the move, conducting site inspections to gather specifics, measurements, and take photographs. Other days, you will be in your home office preparing for site inspections or researching, analyzing and costing. Depending on your experience, you may also assist with project management, quality control review of reports, train and coach others. This is a remote position and requires travel (30-40%) within the region and nationally and may include international travel. Therefore, the successful candidate is to reside in close proximity to a major airport in Western Canada.
