Résumé du poste L’Apprenti Gouvernant assure le suivi et les demandes concernant le service Housekeeping, et distribue les tâches aux personnes appropriées. Il assure le suivi, participe au tâches quotidiennes et contrôle le travail des équipiers. Il assure notamment les envois et enregistrements des uniformes. Il/elle a pour missions principales de : * Aide à veiller à la propreté, l’entretien, à l’hygiène et à la sécurité des chambres, des lieux publics et des locaux dont il est responsable dans le respect des procédures, et standards Marriott, * Aide à contrôler les lieux publics, * Aide à assurer le remplacement du Gouvernant en son absence, * Aide à effectuer le suivi des chambres demandées en priorité et communiquer activement avec le prestataire du nettoyage des chambres, * Aide à appliquer les procédures de gestion des stocks de produits d’accueil et produits d’entretien ainsi que tous les petits équipements en chambres et sur les lieux publics, * Aide à appliquer les procédures de gestion des stocks de linge (chambres et points de vente restauration) , * Aide à faire les suivis des demandes et plaintes des clients quotidiennement, * Aide à l’enregistrement et le suivi des objets trouvés (listings, consignes ..) selon les procédures en vigueur, * Participe au rangement des objets trouvés, * Participe à l’enregistrement et au pointage du linge clients et uniformes pour le nettoyage à l’extérieur, At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
