Effectively undertake a lead role in supporting apprenticeship programmes delivered at the Northumbria Health and Care Academy. To enhance the reputation of the Northumbria Health and Care Academy and University of Sunderland as a centre of excellence, by engaging with apprenticeship monitoring, progress reviews and fostering strong partnerships with learners and staff. Providing guidance on both academic and practical aspects of the apprenticeship, you will collaborate with managers, students and academic staff to ensure apprentices are meeting their goals
