Responsibilities
  • Providing vital support to the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Lettings team.
  • This position sits within the Sales and Lettings Team and involves:
  • Answer calls from potential clients
  • Register interested parties
  • Book-in viewings
  • Conduct viewings
  • Negotiate with tenants and liaise with Landlords to secure a deal
  • Assist the referencing process and oversee the Lettings process to tenant move in.
  • This is just a proportion of the varied tasks involved in the role.
