What We’re Looking For: A full UK driving licence is essential. A company van will be provided. Please note: all vehicles are fitted with a Black Box, which supports regular performance reviews with your Training Manager. A positive attitude and resilience when facing challenges on the job. Previous work experience or education in electrical, plumbing, or engineering is desirable but not essential - we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Receive: 33 days of annual leave, including Bank Holidays. Overtime paid at time and a half, with weekend work paid at double time.

• Working on commercial and residential premises with qualified engineers, supporting with callouts and assisting on maintenance contracts, filling out necessary paperwork and adhering to company and clients
• Servicing, maintenance and installation of a wide range of air conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment Day to day tasks will include:
• Learn how to service, maintain and install commercial air conditioning and refrigeration units
• Problem solve and repair identified faults on systems
• Work on site environments, on large and small commercial sites to install various Air Conditioning & Refrigeration systems
• Carry out pre-planned repair works on Air Conditioning equipment
• Understand customer requirements to ensure successful delivery/installation/maintenance of work
