Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. What We’re Looking For Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, or a related field. Genuine interest in project management, operations, and strategy within a large, global organization. Strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong working relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms. A curious, proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact as part of the American Express team.
