Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together. How will you make an impact in this role? Execute assigned finance and accounting processes strictly in line with documented SOPs and instructions. Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly processes to ensure timely and accurate completion. Maintain accurate documentation of process steps, execution logs, and exceptions. Update trackers, control sheets, and evidence repositories as required. Monitor system alerts, notifications, and basic dashboards. Raise incidents or service requests for system issues following standard procedures. Hands-on MS-tools - Excel, SharePoint, email, word, PPT for daily work. Participate in training sessions and readiness activities for process or system updates. Education & Experience Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. 0– 11 months of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or shared services (preferred but not mandatory). Functional Skills Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts. Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and control requirements accurately. Attention to detail and consistency in execution. System & Technical Skills Basic familiarity with financial systems or enterprise applications is added advantage Tech‑savvy mindset with willingness to learn new systems and tools.
