Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About the Role The Apprentice & Learning Advisor coordinates and supports the learning journey of apprentices, providing support, monitoring progress, liaising with supervisors and training staff, and fostering a positive learning culture. This role is also responsible for non-RTO Learning in the scheduling and facilitation of all Internal Training for the region’s sites as guided by the Training Needs Analysis in the Training Management System (Success Factors). Key Responsibilities Coordinating apprentice onboarding, rosters, uniforms, and training schedules Organising quarterly catch-ups, graduations, and other key apprentice events Tracking apprentice progress, training records, and compliance with RTO requirements Partnering with Managers, RTOs, and our Training team to ensure smooth delivery of learning and development Supporting internal learning on-site, including scheduling, room bookings, materials, and trainer coordination Acting as the first point of contact for apprentice engagement, communication, and ongoing support This is a rewarding opportunity to combine coordination skills with genuine people support, making a real difference in the development journey of our apprentices. Qualifications & Experience Experience in a coordination, administration or apprentice support role (preferred). Understanding of the VET system and RTO compliance desirable.
