Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our service team. In this role, you’ll:

  • Play a key role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring an outstanding customer experience
  • Receive hands-on mentorship, coaching, and training from experienced Journeyman Technicians
  • Grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on vehicles
  • Test and inspect systems and components to ensure proper operation
  • Identify issues, isolate causes, and recommend accurate repairs
  • Complete preventive maintenance and replace worn parts as needed
  • Follow established checklists to ensure all critical components are examined
  • Road test vehicles and use computerized diagnostic equipment to confirm repairs
  • Adjust, repair, or replace vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, emissions, electrical, and climate control
  • Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality standards
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Registered 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Automotive Technician
  • Completion or progress toward a related post-secondary program
  • Familiarity with Ford systems/diagnostics an asset (other OEM experience also considered)
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
  • Physically capable of meeting job demands (lifting, standing for long periods, use of tools)
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
