What’s the Gig?
Our full-time Baking Apprenticeship is a hands-on, 3-year program that blends real-world bakery experience with training at TAFE (yep—we cover the fees!). You’ll be working 5 days a week, including one TAFE day, on a rotating roster which will include weekends and public holidays. No super-early starts or shifts that finish later than 11:30pm.
By the end, you’ll have a nationally recognized Certificate III in Baking (FBP30517)—plus the skills, confidence, and creds to take on the baking world.
