Job Description As Apprentice Bartender - Banquets your role will include: Job Responsibilities: The Apprentice Bartender is responsible for providing first-class customer service for our guests according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards, assisting bartenders with the preparation of drinks and cocktails, following standardized recipes, stocking/setting-up the bar area, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards. Qualifications Must be able to communicate fluently in English with guests and co-workers. Previous work experience as Apprentice Bartender or Bartender experience preferred. *Must be self-motivated and willing to learn. Must have basic beverage & cocktail knowledge. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Requires the ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment.
