We are in search of young talent with energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfills the requirements for a Boat Operational Apprentice to work with our team at the finest 5-star resort in Labuan Bajo, Flores. Support daily boat operations through proper management of operational documentation, schedules, and administrative records. Maintain accurate data records related to guest lists, transactions, attendance, and daily operational activities. Assist in administrative processing of payments, petty cash records, and billing documentation under supervision. Prepare and update daily and periodic administrative reports for operational and accounting purposes. Coordinate administrative matters with the Boat Operation team and related departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills Has positive attitude Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken Has the ability to work independently and as a part of a team Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
