We are an Independent Asset Finance Broker based in Bristol and are currently recruiting for a Business Development/ Marketing Executive to join our small but highly successful team within a dynamic working environment.
The candidate will be expected to create, build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Introducers, Vendors and Funding Partners and look to add real value in creating a portfolio of new clients/businesses. As well as strong communication skills you will need to be confident, positive, hard-working, enjoy building rapport with all our partners with an outstanding attention to detail. Social media marketing experience would be beneficial.
A Business Development Executive, is a professional who focuses on growing a business and extending the reach of its products or services in order to increase revenue. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. You will work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
The duties include identifying new sales leads, pitching a company’s goods and services and building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients and suppliers, that will then become a customer base of both new and existing customers to be managed and meet the customers’ expectations.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and an interest in digital marketing

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Sales, telesales or customer-facing background
  • Any prior experience with marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems)
  • Interest in business, finance, or banking
