Our Butchery Apprenticeship offers the perfect opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career in the meat industry. As an apprentice butcher, you’ll gain in-depth, practical training in all aspects of butchery – from knife skills and meat preparation to food safety. You’ll work alongside experienced butchers and develop expertise in butchery.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

GCSE in:
Maths (grade 4-9)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
