Boronia Kitchen located in Hunters Hills, is currently seeking an enthusiastic apprentice for a full-time role.
Your responsibilities are:
· Passionate about creativity, food trends and produce
· Cooking and assisting in running the day to day kitchen duties at Boronia Kitchen
· Communicate orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
· Stock management and rotation
· Managing health & hygiene standards of the food
· Maintain the kitchen’s cleanliness
· Working collaboratively within the team

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure
· Maintain high quality food and service standards
· Must be honest and reliable
· Excellent communication skills
· Has full Australian working rights
