REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be eligible to work in the UK.
· Must not already hold a qualification in the same subject area at a higher level.
· GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above are preferred (or willingness to work towards functional skills).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to kick-start their culinary career while working towards a recognised qualification. You will work alongside experienced chefs, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under supervision.
· Learn and apply food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations.
· Support senior chefs with daily kitchen tasks and food prep.
· Receive and store deliveries correctly.
· Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately.
