MGroupW INSAPP

This 36-month programme will develop your practical, technical and soft-skills, with Health & Safety at the heart of everything you do. On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will gain a Water Civil Engineering Technician Level 4 qualification and a permanent, long-term career with M Group Water!

  • To ensure that safe systems of work are in place and are being adhered to
  • To translate design information to teams so they construct the project effectively and efficiently
  • To assist in supporting productivity for timely completion
  • To ensure the project is completed to the specification and quality of the client
  • To assist in managing the activity on site in a way that adheres to cost and contract constraints
  • To manage interfaces between stakeholders associated with the project
  • To ensure that the project has minimal negative impact on the environment and the community
  • To manage direct labour and subcontract teams on site to ensure the project is completed to contracted quality and to programme
  • Liaise with the planning team to ensure resources are mobilised to complete individual projects and job risks are understood and manage
